All Fluzpay voucher purchases are final.

However, you may return items that you purchased with Fluzpay to the retailer that you made the purchase from, subject to the retailers return policy. Please see our article on returning items purchased using Fluzpay.

We will make a note on each merchant’s in-app landing page whether or not they will allow for returns on purchases made with Fluzpay.

For those retailers that allow refunds, you will be able to make a partial refund as well.

Fluzpay vouchers work just like physical gift cards and they can always be used for a future purchase from that retailer.
