All participating merchants should be aware of the Fluz cash back app. However, you can also let the merchant know to treat the barcode or Fluzpay voucher number as they would when a standard gift card is the form of payment.
If they still refuse to honor your Fluzpay voucher, please let us know by tapping on “More” button on the bottom right of your app. From there you will see “Help” where you can submit a customer support ticket. Make sure you select “Redemption Issue,” and please include the store number or location in your comments so we can contact the merchant directly. We typically respond to most feedback and questions within 1-3 business days.
