Sometimes Fluz will need to subtract money from your account. This can happen in two instances:
- You made a partial or full return of the items you purchased through an Easyswipe offer.
- A member of your network made a partial or full return of the items they purchased through an Easyswipe offer.
Once a return has been made, either by you or a member of your network, the merchant will request a refund of the cash back they paid out for that sale. Fluz will need to collect the rewards from all of the accounts it has been distributed to in order to pay the merchant back.
Your wallet will always display the exact dollar amount that was deducted in the color red, so you can easily identify this type of transaction.
